Seal Bay Triple Cream has a dense bloom of powdery white mould, a glossy centre, and the scent of sweet Jersey cream. It has a beautiful, silky mouth feel coupled with a buttery flavour and hints of vanilla.
Matured in a traditional log shape, it will ripen slowly, starting from the outside rind through to the centre core.
This cheese was named after ‘Seal Bay’, which is located at the southern end of the island – it was heavily populated with Seals in the 1800s when the island was discovered.
