Description

Stokes Point Smoked Cheddar is matured for a minimum of 9 months and then naturally wood smoked using a blend of Australian hardwood to impart a deep smoky aroma and flavour tones, balanced perfectly with its creamy cheddar centre. ​

Named after the Southernmost point of King Island, we have been using the same hardwood blend of woodchips for over 30 years.

 

Try pairing with….

  • Shiraz or whisky​
  • Cornichons, pickled onions and prosciutto ​
  • Try elevating your toasted sandwich with smoked cheddar
