King Island Dairy “Back in Aussie Hands Giveaway” Terms & Conditions (Australia Wide)

Promoter:
The promoter is King Island Dairy, in partnership with Good One Agency.

Eligibility:
Entry is only open to residents of Victoria, Australia, aged 18 years and over.
Entries from outside Victoria will be deemed invalid.
Employees of the Promoter, its agencies, and their immediate families are ineligible.

Promotion Period:
The giveaway commences at 9:00AM AEST October 21 2025, and closes at 11:59PM AEST, December 9 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

How to Enter:
Like the giveaway post on Instagram or Facebook.
Follow @kingislanddairy on Instagram.
Tag three (3) friends in the comments of the giveaway post (each comment with three tags is equal to one entry).
Complete the sign-up form at www.kingislanddairy.com/giveaway with your name, age, email, and postcode.
Each valid entry must meet all steps above. Multiple entries are permitted.

Major Prize: One (1) winner will receive:
Return flights for two (leaving from Moorabbin Airport, VIC to King Island, TAS). Flight dates will be made at the discretion of Good One Creative Agency. Winners must travel to Moorabbin Airport, VIC at their own expense.
Two (2) nights’ accommodation (twin share).
Rental car for the duration of stay.
Cheese and beverage experience at King Island Dairy Cheese Shop.
One year’s worth of cheese, weight of 10kg, which will be distributed to the winner across 2026 at King Island Dairy’s discretion.
Total prize value up to AUD $5,000.
Prize must be taken by 30 November 2026, is subject to availability, and is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

Winner Selection: Winner will be drawn at random on December 10 2025 at Good One Creative, Level 8/174 Collins St, Melbourne 3000. The giveaway is being promoted Australia-wide. The draw will be conducted in Victoria, in accordance with Victorian trade promotional regulations (no permit required). Winners must travel to Moorabbin to claim the giveaway prize at their own expense.

Winner Notification: Winner will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw and announced via King Island Dairy’s Instagram and Facebook.

Verification: The Promoter may request proof of identity, age, and Australian residency. Failure to provide this will result in forfeiture of the prize.

Liability: The Promoter and agencies are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for any injury, loss, or damage sustained as a result of participating in the promotion or accepting the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy: By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of this promotion and to receive marketing communications from King Island Dairy (1902 Club), unless they opt out.
