Encased in its signature balsa box, Cape Wickham Double Brie is made with milk of a high butterfat content, creating a creamy, nutty and full flavoured cheese.
The velvety, dense white rind encases a beautiful glossy, creamy coloured centre. The flavour is superbly rich with mushroom overtones.
This brie is named after the most northern tip of King Island which is home to the largest lighthouse in the Southern Hemisphere. The Cape Wickham Lighthouse began operations in 1861.
