Roaring Forties is a full flavoured Roquefort-style blue cheese with a rich mouthfeel and sweet, slightly fruity character. The unique flavour is developed during its second phase of maturation which occurs under its distinct blue wax coating.

This cheese is named after the ‘Roaring Forties”, the infamous 40° latitude westerly gale force winds that frequent the Bass Strait and King Island.
